Our crochet and embroidery patterns are digital files. We aim to display product descriptions accurately. Product illustrations are identified where applicable. No physical kit, yarn or finished item is included. We reserve the right to discontinue a product.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in USD. Available payment methods and the order total are shown at checkout. Any promotion conditions are stated with the offer.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed by email. We may cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will be fully refunded.

5. Digital delivery

No physical items are shipped. Follow the download instructions supplied with your order. For access issues, contact primaglow75@outlook.com with your order number. PDF files require a compatible reader.

6. Refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Pattern use

You supply the materials required by your chosen project. Difficulty varies. Read the instructions and materials list before beginning. Rights in patterns and other content remain with their respective rights holders. Any permitted use is subject to the applicable licence or permission.
