What am I buying?

Digital crochet or embroidery pattern files for projects you make yourself. Finished items, yarn, thread, fabric, hooks, hoops and other supplies are not included.

How do I receive my files?

After payment, follow the download instructions supplied with your order. Some bundles provide an access guide with a link to the collection. Use the email address entered at checkout and check your spam folder.

What if I cannot access a download?

Email us with your order number, the product name and a description of the problem. Avoid sending payment-card information. We will help you locate your instructions or handle a refund request under our policy.

Are all files in English?

Not necessarily. Languages and terminology vary by collection and by file. The main crochet bundle includes verified English examples and files in other languages. Read the product page or contact us before buying if English instructions are essential.

Are all patterns suitable for beginners?

Can I print the patterns or use a phone?

Open PDF files with a compatible reader on your phone, tablet or computer. You can print the pages you need. Where a pattern specifies an actual size, check your printer's scaling before transferring it to fabric.

Can I request a refund?

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies as stated in the published refund policy. Email us with your order number. Digital files do not require physical return shipping.

Can I resell the patterns?

Do not redistribute or resell pattern files. Follow the applicable licence in each file. If you want to sell finished items, check that pattern's permission before doing so.
