Digital delivery — Primal Glow

Our crochet and embroidery patterns are digital products. No physical items, yarn, tools or printed patterns are shipped. Physical shipping charges, delivery zones and parcel tracking do not apply to these digital purchases.

Accessing your files

After payment, follow the download instructions supplied with your order. Use the email address entered at checkout and check your inbox and spam folder for order-related messages.

If you cannot locate the instructions or access your files, email primaglow75@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We usually reply within 24–48 hours.

PDF files require a compatible reader. You may open them on a phone, tablet or computer, or print the pages you need.
